    Day one

    We sit with the person who owns the decision, map how it gets made today, and get read-only access to a slice of the real data behind it.

    Day two

    We build a decision-support prototype together, showing evidence, assumptions and options. By the end of the day, the decision owner can test it against your data and challenge its recommendations.

    After

    You have software you can demonstrate to the leaders in your business, and a short written account of what it would take to run it properly. If it is not worth going further, we say so.
