When you contact us through the website, we collect your first and last name, business email, phone number (if you give one), job title, company, country, your message, and the page you were on when you opened the form.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect how you use the site: the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This includes session recordings of how you move through pages.

Like any website, our hosting and font providers receive your IP address and browser details when your browser loads the site.

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health details. Please do not include it in your message.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. For example, our PostHog analytics data is stored in the United States.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work that follows. We delete or de-identify them when we no longer need them. Analytics data is kept according to each analytics provider's retention settings.

Only our team can access enquiries, and we use providers that apply industry-standard security. No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you as the law requires.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email enquiries@beyond-data.com.au. We aim to respond within 30 days.
